I did a video about my 2013 goals.  So, instead of being redundant and writing it all out here, I am attaching it below.  Please check it out.  Give me ideas and suggestions.  I need motivation!

I think goals are better than resolutions.  Goals can be achieved in small steps and pieces.    I can "work towards" a goal, so I feel that making goals will keep me more motivated than resolving to do things only to give them up later when I don't do something one day.

Here we go, welcome to 2013!
